Need a cake?

Free Cakes for Kids Enfield partners with organisations that work with families who may be experiencing hardship and would struggle to provide a birthday cake for their child.  Agencies such as food banks, women's refuges, children's centres and social services are all in contact with us to bake for cakes for the children they support. We don't accept cakes direct from the families themselves.

How does it work?

It's a very simple process...

  1. Contact us by email or use our referral form.

  2. We'll confirm details such as the child's name, age, any dietary requirements and their favourite theme.  We'll also need to know when the cake is required and a drop-off or delivery location.

  3. When all the details are confirmed, we'll contact our volunteers and one of them will bake the cake for you.

Ideally we'd like at least two weeks' notice, to give us time to ensure availability of a volunteer baker, but shorter notice requests can be accommodated, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need a cake more quickly.
